Why was my order cancelled?

Please note that if you choose to pay via bank transfer, your order will not be processed until we receive confirmation of payment from our bank. Payment must be completed within 10 days from the order date. If the payment is not received within this time frame, your order will be automatically cancelled.

 

When making the bank transfer, please ensure you include your order reference number as well as your name and surname in the payment details. Rest assured, our customer service team will always contact and inform you before an order is cancelled.
