If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please follow these steps:

2. For damages or defects noticed after opening the package: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue with one of the following options:
• Replacement or Refund: Ship the item(s) back to us for a replacement or refund. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by us.
• Discount on Defective Items: If the defect is minor and agreed upon with the customer, we can apply a discount on the defective item(s).
3. Warranty Repair: Our handbags come with a 24-month warranty. If the product develops a problem during this period and has been used, the customer can ship it back to us by covering the shipping cost. Once we receive it, we will repair the item and cover the cost of resending it.
