Why do you refund instead of shipping a replacement?

After receiving the order, if the customer reports a defective or damaged product, we will advise returning the item(s) to us. Once received, we will inspect the product to verify if it is indeed defective or damaged.

 

If the issue is confirmed, we will not only send a replacement but also reimburse the shipping costs incurred for returning the item to us. However, if the returned product is found to be without defect or damage, we will proceed with a refund instead of shipping a replacement to avoid additional shipping delays and costs.

 

We encourage customers to report any defect or damage within 15 days of receiving their order for a prompt resolution.
