What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, the following steps will occur:
1. Notice of Attempted Delivery: The courier will leave a notice at your address indicating an attempted delivery. This notice will include instructions to reschedule the delivery or collect the package at a local courier facility.
2. Contact the Courier: Please contact the courier directly as soon as possible to reschedule the delivery or arrange for collection.
3. Storage at Courier Facility: If the delivery cannot be completed, Florence Leather Market will be notified by the courier. We will then send you an email notifying you that your parcel is being held at the courier’s storage facility. Packages are typically held for a maximum of 10 days.
4. Return to Sender: If the parcel is not collected or rescheduled within the storage period, it will be shipped back to Florence Leather Market.
 
To avoid additional shipping costs or delays, please ensure someone is available to receive the package or contact the courier promptly.
