It is acceptable for a customer to use their own freight company to ship their order. Once we have prepared all the necessary documents and the package(s) related to the order, we will notify you. Your shipping company can then collect the package(s) directly from our address.
Please note:
1. The customer is responsible for providing all the necessary details about their freight company, including the pickup schedule.
2. We will provide the dimensions and weight of the package(s) for the shipping company’s reference.
3. Any customs clearance or additional fees related to the shipping must be managed by the customer or their freight company.
4. Responsibility for a successful delivery lies solely with your carrier once the package has been picked up from our premises.
