Cinturón Pelasgi 35 MM

II am thrilled with the quality of the Pelagsi belt and Florence crossbag. They are gifts and I think they will love them. The items arrived quickly to the USA - 3 days after ordering! Customer service got back to you quickly but I received misinformation. I would have given 5 stars but when I messaged FLM about how to measure for the belt I was asked which belt because somme measured by leather, without the buckle, some the whole belt etc. I was told to measure for the whole length of the belt - buckle to end. When the belt arrived the belt was measured by the leather so the belt is too long. It is a gift so they haven't tried it yet but I am disappointed that I did not receive the proper instructions on how to get an accurate measurement for size ordering. I am hoping that it won't be too long..
